When you submit a booking or quote request we collect your name, email, phone number, journey details (pickup, destination, date, time, flight number, passengers, vehicle preference) and any message you send us.
Why we use it
Solely to quote, confirm and deliver your transfer, and to contact you about that booking. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Booking records are retained for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@locals.travel.
