Terms of Service
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once LOCALS replies with a written confirmation stating the vehicle, time and fixed price.
Pricing
Quoted prices are fixed and all-inclusive of tolls, taxes and the chauffeur's service unless stated otherwise. Extra stops or waiting beyond the included time may be charged.
Waiting time
Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time from landing; other pickups include a shorter grace period, confirmed at booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with reasonable notice are free of charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
Conduct and liability
Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow the chauffeur's safety instructions. Damage caused to a vehicle may be recharged. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
